When you join the early access list, we collect your email address. When you create cards in the Studio, your photos and card details are stored on your own device. We do not upload your photos or cards to our servers in the current version of the app.
We use privacy-focused analytics (such as Microsoft Clarity) to understand how visitors use our site, including anonymized interaction recordings. This helps us fix problems and improve the product. See Microsoft's privacy statement for details on Clarity.
You are responsible for having the right to use photos you put on cards, including photos that show other people. Do not create cards from photos you do not have permission to use. To request removal of content that includes you, contact us at the address below.
CardMyMoment is intended for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run the product (such as our email provider for the early access list) and only for that purpose.
